Digital books: All sales of digital books are final and non-refundable once the digital item has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed.
Print books: All sales of physical books are final and non-refundable. If your physical book arrived damaged, defective, or was lost in transit, contact our team within 30 days of your order date with your order number and photo(s) of any damage. We will resolve the issue.
