Refund policy

Refund request window

Our refund request window lasts 3 days. If more than 3 days have passed since your date of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

To request a refund within the 3-day refund request window, please fill out our contact form, select “store” as the subject, and include the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Reason for refund

Submitting a refund request within our 3-day window does not guarantee a refund. It only guarantees that our team will review your refund request.

Reviewing refund requests

Once your refund request has been reviewed by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a full or partial refund, your refund will be processed through Stripe. The original payment method of payment will automatically be credited for the refund amount within 7-10 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please walk through the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again to confirm the refund is not there. Often, refunds will appear as a reversal, and the original charge will disappear rather than display a refund credit.
  • If a credit card was used for the original purchase, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If a bank card was used, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Coupon refund policy

Only regular-priced courses may be fully refunded. Coupons cannot be refunded. For example, if you’ve used a 50% off coupon code for a $15 course, you will be refunded $7.50 equaling the course cost after the coupon was applied, not $15.
