- Please set up an account during the checkout process. You can access your order history by selecting the Past Orders link on the left.
- If you are shipping your package outside of the US and get an error about incorrect postal code format during checkout, try typing your postal code without spaces. (The FedEx real-time rate processor can be a bit difficult when it comes to postal codes.) Even if the FedEx real-time rate processor displays the error and does not show rates for your area, you most likely will have the option of shipping via Global Express Mail.
- If you are paying for books by purchase order, select Fax as the payment option, then fax your PO to 919-481-4641. We do not accept purchase orders as payment for training. If you are paying by check, select the Call Me payment option. We will contact you about payment details.
