Returns
We accept returns of books (not including workbooks) within three weeks of purchase. Returns must be in new condition, preferably still sealed in the plastic wrapper. We do not refund postage on returned books.We do not accept returns of workbooks or self-study materials (printed, downloaded, or on CD).
