Welcome to our online store, the Scriptorium Emporium.

Through our store, you can register for training or purchase books and self-paced training materials.

Please set up an account during the checkout process. Your account provides access to your order history, which includes links to downloaded items (such as white papers and workbooks). To access your order history, select the Past Orders link on the left side of the page. Scriptorium Publishing does not rent, resell, or otherwise divulge customer information to third parties.

After you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation by email that includes an invoice in HTML format. The invoice includes links to downloaded items.

Payment methods

Credit cards: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. Orders paid by credit card usually ship within one business day. Your information is protected by a 128-bit secure site certificate. Credit card transactions require your card security code (often a three-digit number on the back of your credit card). That code is not stored in our system; it is sent directly to our payment gateway to verify the transaction.

Purchase orders: Select Fax as the payment method when you check out, and fax the purchase order to us at 919-481-4641. We will ship your order out after we receive your purchase order. All purchase orders must include shipping costs, if applicable. We do not accept purchase orders as payment for public classes.

Checks: Select Call Me as the payment method when you check out. We will call you about payment details.

Money orders: Select Money Order as the payment method. Mail the check or money order to:

Shipping

When you purchase any book, workbook, or DocFrame license, standard shipping is free in the United States. If you need expedited shipping, you can choose another shipping option. Outside the United States, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International (Canadian addresses only), USPS Express Mail International (international destinations except Canada), and FedEx.

Book discounts

Order 10 or more copies of a title, and you will receive a 5 percent discount. The shopping cart calculates your discount automatically. (This offer applies only to titles published by Scriptorium Press, and it does not include already discounted titles, bundles, or downloaded FrameMaker 7 workbooks.)

Training registration

Before registering, please read the detailed guidelines about training pricing, scheduling, and cancellations. We accept credit cards and checks as payment for public classes, and full payment is required in advance to reserve your seat.
